Jesiel Patricio always makes sure my visits are excellent! Always explains what will be done and what was done. I have maintenance contract with Lexus but I prefer to keep going to Toyota so Jesiel and his team can take care of my 2 Lexus suvs. Overall the customer service is always amazing!
My favorite service advisor Jesiel is always there for both my Lexus SUVs. Always explains what work will be done and has been done, and updates me if anything is needed. Him and his team make sure my service visit is always excellent. I have maintenance at Lexus but I prefer to go to the Toyota dealer as the customer service is better.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Raul Gonzalez, the service consultant at Toyota, who truly went above and beyond to resolve an incident with my car. He was not only attentive and understanding of my concerns but also extremely proactive in finding a solution. I'd recommend dealing with this specific consultant.
I walked in with no intention to buy and here I am 2 hours later waiting for my 2024 BZ4X to finish charging so I can take her home. Alan was the best salesman I could hope for; patient, unassuming and only pushing the gentle buttons that helped steer me in the right direction. Mariposa and Oscar were also a pleasure to work with as we settled on finance and signed the papers. After Alan showed me all the bells and whistles, i couldn’t be more excited for my new electric car, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!

Always a great experience. The technicians go through the vehicle, and send a video showing the status of your machine. They communicate what may need to be done immediately and what can be done later. If it's important to you to have a reliable vehicle, then I would recommend Toyota of the Desert. Took in my Toyota 4Runner for service at the Toyota of the Desert dealership. Once I arrived I was well taken care of by Peter Ayala. He thoroughly explained the service that was going to be performed and gave us updates when needed! I was well satisfied with the customer service that was provide by him and his team. The whole experience was smooth and next visit I know my 4Runner is in good hands!

Had issues with my Prius, which turn out to be serious. Originally Toyota said my car would be in for 7 days and was out in three. They were diligent about getting my car back to me. In other words they took really good care of me.

When I came to Toyota of the desert, I was only looking to do a test drive. I had just gone to Volkswagen and they were very rude with me – they said they didn’t have enough staff for me to do a test drive. I traded my vehicle here for a new Toyota some years ago. It has been the most reliable vehicle and I’m still driving it. I get my vehicle serviced here too. I truly appreciate having scheduled appointments and a comfortable place to wait when I need to. Purchased several cars here over the years and have always been happy with the salespeople and especially the service dept. We have moved on and only return to the desert for business and to visit friends. While in the desert we had an issue that desperately needed attention. When I came in this week, Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. The service performed was done in a reasonable amount of time, and they even sprayed down, and wiped off my car since the car wash wasn't operating.

My husband recently leased a Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of the Desert in Cathedral City. He had a successful experience agreeing on a lease agreement with Mariposa over text. In Cathedral City the Toyota Car Dealership is one of the best New Car Buying experiences I've had.
