Went to look at used Prius. Had never been to dealership before. Met a super nice knowledgeable sales person whose nick name is Ace. Was just starting search and he was helpful, could answer my questions. Id go back. I gave a 4 out of 5 as I never went in or have never used service department, but the guy a met in sales would bring me back.

I have to say this is the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I have bought and financed numerous cars over the years and it was always a huge headache. I was dreading going to a car dealership to choose and finance a car. I went to Toyota of the Desert and a salesman named Andrew Sullivan helped us. He was unlike any other car salesman that I have encountered. He was very kind, respectful, patient, and personable. There were no games or sales gimmicks involved. He is very honest and does not try to pressure in any way. Thank you Andrew and Toyota of the Desert for such a pleasant experience!
You would think after having spent 30 years of my life on the automobile industry I would be used to some of people's thinking, I have my Hyundai ionic serviced at Toyota of the desert instead of the Hyundai dealer because of their exceptional service. In looking through these reviews I can't help but notice that almost all of the one star reviews are from people who thought their $500 car was worth $20,000, my favorite are the ones who didn't have their trade-in with them and described it I am sure it to the dealer as being perfect, which more than likely it wasn't. This is the only reason that I wish Yelp Required people to take a test showing they were able to process realistic thought before they allow them to rate businesses. But the old saying still rings true, that those that lie the most, complain the most!!!! After 30 years in the business, and never for this dealer, but I have probably been involved in over 100,000 automobile deals and service Interactionsi, which doesn't by any means make me any better or more special than anyone else but it does give me a much better idea of what good service and bad service really are. And like I said before I take my new Hyundai into this dealer for service because of the way they treat me and the quality of their service. But then again I'm probably too much of a realist for a lot of people to actually understand What I am talking about and of course what is most important and getting your car serviced as compared to not getting your feelings hurt because you misrepresented yourself or your car to the dealer.
