Jesiel Patricio always makes sure my visits are excellent! Always explains what will be done and what was done. I have maintenance contract with Lexus but I prefer to keep going to Toyota so Jesiel and his team can take care of my 2 Lexus suvs. Overall the customer service is always amazing!

My favorite service advisor Jesiel is always there for both my Lexus SUVs. Always explains what work will be done and has been done, and updates me if anything is needed. Him and his team make sure my service visit is always excellent. I have maintenance at Lexus but I prefer to go to the Toyota dealer as the customer service is better.

Great service, and great attitude. I came in at a busy time but Raul was very helpful and kind. Toyota will always be my choice to get service done on my car.

Best place to buy a vehicle!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Raul Gonzalez, the service consultant at Toyota, who truly went above and beyond to resolve an incident with my car. He was not only attentive and understanding of my concerns but also extremely proactive in finding a solution. I'd recommend dealing with this specific consultant.

I walked in with no intention to buy and here I am 2 hours later waiting for my 2024 BZ4X to finish charging so I can take her home. Alan was the best salesman I could hope for; patient, unassuming and only pushing the gentle buttons that helped steer me in the right direction. Mariposa and Oscar were also a pleasure to work with as we settled on finance and signed the papers. After Alan showed me all the bells and whistles, i couldn’t be more excited for my new electric car, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!

I rarely leave reviews, but because of the excellent customer service I experienced, I feel compelled to do so. First and foremost, I want to thank Sean and Mariposa for their courtesy, professionalism, and customer service. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and this one by far was the most pleasant of them all. This is my first time buying a Toyota at a local dealership, and they have made me a repeat customer. I will be sure to recommend them to all of my friends and family. I also want to give kudos to Steve in finance who was fantastic in providing detailed information about products and services that will help protect and insure my vehicle. Always a great experience. The technicians go through the vehicle, and send a video showing the status of your machine. They communicate what may need to be done immediately and what can be done later. If it's important to you to have a reliable vehicle, then I would recommend Toyota of the Desert. They only use NEW parts, not refurbished - like many other car repair shops sometimes use. I don't usually write reviews, but this one is deserved. A big thank you to Jonnathan Gonzalez, and all the technicians for your 5-star service, and let's not forget Rachel for setting up transportation when I need it. And as a side note, the waiting area is always clean with wi-fi and comfortable seating, if you choose to wait.

Took in my Toyota 4Runner for service at the Toyota of the Desert dealership. Once I arrived I was well taken care of by Peter Ayala. He thoroughly explained the service that was going to be performed and gave us updates when needed! I was well satisfied with the customer service that was provide by him and his team. The whole experience was smooth and next visit I know my 4Runner is in good hands!

went down to Toyota for a service on my gr86 and peter help me out , he was really friendly and professional. once I got back to the dealer to pick up my car, he came with me and told me everything that his team did and was happy with the service.

Had issues with my Prius, which turn out to be serious. Originally Toyota said my car would be in for 7 days and was out in three. They were diligent about getting my car back to me. In other words they took really good care of me.

Raul was great. Great customer service.

When I came to Toyota of the desert, I was only looking to do a test drive. I had just gone to Volkswagen and they were very rude with me – they said they didn’t have enough staff for me to do a test drive. Anyways, I came to Toyota of the desert and met Ryan who was very nice. I talked to him about my finances and my credit and he was very patient with me and not pushy at all - a 100% gentleman. I didn’t feel that pushy obnoxious Car salesman vibe from Ryan at all. At the end of the day we ended up running my credit and I was approved for a brand new 2024 Corolla LE with all the technology features I had never had before so to me it really feels like a luxury car. Ryan has called me after the sale to check up with me to see if I’m happy with the vehicle. I came to visit Ryan today at the dealership to ask a couple of questions and he has been very attentive. I highly recommend toyotaofthedesert and people like Ryan who make buying a new car fun and easy ! PS I love Ryan so much. I even took a selfie with him. I’m the attractive older looking guy with a gray beard. 😊

Service writer Raul did an outstanding job helping me today with service for my Corolla. He provided upmost quality of customer service.
