Was able to complete my transaction almost completely by phone/E-mail. Offering this option at the time of my inquiry was the factor that made me choose Toyota of the Desert. I initially inquired at 6 different dealerships all of which called me repeatedly and hassled me to "COME ON IN". Basically a good experience with everyone being polite and friendly. It was a bit rushed at the end, and there was no expalnation of all the features of the Camry V6 SE, but I have manged to work it out from experience and the handbook.

Our experience on leasing the Rav 4 was terrific. Cinthya, from Internet Sales, helped us in any
way possible starting with the first telephone approach without any pressure at all and
unswered all our question, and since the only Financial guy was wery busy she did even all the

My salesperson was Jeff Lord ..He was very informative and professional , but not aggressive..
My biggest fear of buying a new car was the back and forth with the dealership or some slick
salesman. He listened to what i said. Buying a car was not only fast but a pleasant experience.
I haven't bought a new car in over 9 years ..Being in my senior years, i needed a reliable car
living in the desert ..Toyota offers a Corolla LE model that was built in Japan..it was exactly
what i was looking for ..my last Japanese built car lasted over 9 years ..and was just passed on
to my younger brother. Who i am sure he will drive it another 5-6 years anyway . Once again
thanks i love my new Corolla LE...
