This dealership gave me great service and took care of everything in a timely manner.
Was good brought the vehicle in for a recall, was not told all they could do is inspect on this visit. Had to wait for parts, and called the next day and one part came in but other part was on back order. Have to call back on the 10th to see if 3nd part comes in.
This place is beyond awesome and Michael my service advisor is ALWAYS attentive and provides the best customer service to me. Michael also is great to talk to and treats me like a real good friend and i appreciate is 100% I will continue to take my fj crusier to him and his team at toyota of the desert!!!
Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. Ben continued the support and went beyond the call of duty to get my phone set up with the car as well as was very thorough with making sure that I knew how to use all of the features. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car.

Very nice experience leasing a new car. Salesman was so polite and answered every question. He was never pushy. And worked at getting me what I could afford and would be happy with. The financial manager was very nice and offered me a lot of options but never pushed. I’m happy I went to Toyota of the Desert. I had leased my original Toyota in Valencia but it was not convenient to drive 3 hours each way. Thus, I decided to give TOD a try. I will definitely be back for service.
Appointment was for 1 o’clock, but I came in early at like 1115 and they took me right away. I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes very good. Andres was a big help.

I came in and spoke with a tech to see what kind of service my vehicle needed. That got all set up so we made an appointment. It was only going to take about 3 to 4 hours so I planned to just stay at the dealership. On my drop off day it turned out that my vehicle needed to stay for about 5 to 6 hours… Needless to say, I didn't want to stay that long at the dealership. I'm glad you have the shuttle service. This was my first visit here and the employee was thorough in answering my questions and going over options for what I needed done. I live over an hour away so I didn’t have an option to get shuttled home to wait, so he got the techs to move quicker on my vehicle so I wouldn’t be stuck there as long waiting. Good service

Very competent people, they were honest and will not insult anyone's intelligence. So confident in fact that they had no problems giving me an introduction to another car dealership while I was still shopping around. The only downside is having to negotiate away all the unwanted and expensive dealer installed "upgrades" like PLAD trackers or exterior/interior "treatments". Thank you to Teo M for going the extra mile to make everything work for me.

Arrived and checked in on time for servicing. Waited then the service rep came an recommended a couple of additional items which I approved. Total time two hours

Toyota did not disappoint. Great cars, great staff. Hybrids are amazing in every way and the oh so popular Camry that I’ve come back to only comes in a hybrid which is a major plus and great decision by Toyota. My only suggestion for improvement is to stop the usual apparent industry standard to start the negotiations with a low ball offer on the trade in. It slows the buying process and creates extra stress for all with the constant going back and forth until the buyer reaches the expected offer assuming expectations were reasonable, which mine was. Jose Sevilla (sales ) and Jose Orozco (finance) were excellent !!! Great car buying experience - the best I've ever had actually. Mr Sevilla was very knowledgeable about the 4runner I was buying and I didn't feel pressured to buy . Mr Orozco finance manager also was excellent he didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want to buy and was able to get me a better interest rate than what I had pre arranged..I highly recommend Toyota of the desert and specifically these individuals for car buying!

Service was timely and complete. Serviceman ( or desk service) was very cordial. Coffee was excellent. Only negative was didn't get as much for my money as in the past. No checking of filters and fluids.

The sales and service is very good, but I felt like the finance department was very self serving and could have been more helpful to me as a customer. They did not explain things thoroughly and tried to add on aftermarket charges that were unnecessary. When I asked them to be taken off they still did not come off.
